EmailThe American Trucking Association convenes its Forum for Motor Carrier General Counsel July 14 – 17, 2013. The ATA again extended Mike Mills an invitation to this event. Mike will attend in his capacity as General Counsel for the Nevada Trucking Association.
This year’s Forum will be held at the Resort in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. A number of great topics are on the agenda including:
- CSA Scores
- Driver Hiring & Training
- Independent Contractor Issues
- International and Multimodal Cargo
- Litigation Defense Strategies.
Mike will provide reports regarding the most important issues discussed. Watch this blog for updates.
