Just one caveat. If you call the individuals on our Rapid Response Team, it is likely that they will give you a hand. But if it is the carrier or the insurance company that hires these folks, the opposing side will be able to get the information they gather by way of discovery. On the other hand, if the Rapid Response Team is deployed by an attorney, the information that they gather will be better protected under the umbrella of “attorney work product”.
